Fairly clean place, value for money. Cheap food for reasonably good and delicious breakfast with various selections. - Marvellous and ideal location near the mini market, good pool.

Great service here! the rooms are spacious and lovely, plus they come with extra pillows and bathtubs 🛁. This place is conveniently located close to the bus station.

The staff were very pleasing,lifts quite efficient,ground transportation easy to get ,eating areas close by.

The bathroom facilities not so good,ie towels provided rather old and torn.No TV channel for kids,such as Cartoon network.

The service at the hotel was excellent. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a coffee table, a large window, and a cozy carpet.

Location is the main I would concern, easy for me to move around the area. Shopping centre is only 5 to 10 mins away from the hotel.

Security and safety is not good enough as our car was parked inside the hotel but was break-in. It was damage till we can't even start our car, so about the safety in that area is a bit........

the good point is easy to locate the hotel for traveller not familiar with the route

Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the National Museum of the Revolution, the Museo Mural Diego Rivera, and the historical infamous Alameda Park. the room was value for money.

The toilet in the room is clean. Request for extra bed was done swiftly.The choice of food for breakfast was reasonable. The sambal for nasi lemak was good. My children love it. The members of staff were friendly and helpful

The swimming pool was rather murky, not clear and was quite cold. Should have a bigger pool. Too overcowded when about less than 15 people were in the pool. However the smaller pool with warm water was cleaner and fantastic! Should be bigger too for guests to enjoy. The sauna was not working but the steam bath was great!

The hotel have equipped with most of the basic needs. The room which I was staying was big and very comfortable.The staff is riendly and knowledgeable even the car park cashier was helpful. WiFi accessing speed was acceptable and it is free.

The breakfast need to be improve as it have very limited choice. The staff in section need to be trained again! The lighting was off sharp at 10am by the staff even there still have guest eating their foods. Although there was four lifts in service but I still take more than 8 mins to reach my room.Hotel is not very far from the shopping mall but it still need a car to drive around as it is too far to walk from the hotel.

Great location close to food places! the room was a good size and looked really nice, plus the bathroom was spacious. I could even see outside from my room 😊.

Generally, I like the view from my window. it is always quiet and pleasant. the front deck staff is helpful. in all, this is a good place to stay and very convenient to city centre and to my place of business

Basically , I would like to see some improvement to the breakfast . this menu is almost the same since my first visit to ny. the other aspect that need improvement is the lift an the waiting time is too long. hopefully, when ny refurbish the building in the future , they should seriously look into the upgrading the lifts. also the online net service should be free

The smoking rooms have a very strong tobacco smell. Could try to freshens the room better/
